Security
At Conference Centre Oxford we are able to ensure the utmost security at all times throughout the conference centre, enabling you to relax and enjoy your time with us in the knowledge that you and your belongings are safe and secure.
To facilitate us in this matter we have CCTV surveillance cameras in all public areas, a 24-hour reception area nearby should there be any queries and a secure car park with automated gates that is available upon request and depending on demand.
We strongly recommend that you do not leave valuables unattended at any time within the Conference Centre. Should you have something that you would like securely stored, please contact a member of staff who will direct you to a person who will issue a receipt for your belongings.
It is with regret that Conference Centre Oxford cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to an individual’s property unless they are formally lodged with us for safe keeping supported by a receipt. Vehicles on our sites are parked at the owner or hirer’s risk, and neither Conference Centre Oxford nor its associated companies will take any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft.
